The ESProfileScanner is a manual rotary scanner used for the inspection of door bulkheads on wind turbines.
The scanner accommodates two SA1 wedges that can be each set to maintain a different offset. The offset on each wedge is maintained by a follower which rides on the door frame meaning that even as the radius changes a constant wedge offset will be maintained.

Calibration and Setup Blocks Custom made calibration blocks will match your specified requirements. Accurately machined targets calibrate the nozzle to provide operators with known flaw responses, complete with drawing specification package showing flaw dimensions and positions.
