Course Cancellation Policy

To obtain a refund for a course for which you have confirmed registration, we require cancellation notification in writing no less than two (2) weeks prior to the course start date. A $75.00 administration fee applies to all cancellations. You may provide a substitute attendee at no additional fee. Please notify us in advance of any attendee changes. Rescheduling may be arranged depending on date and course availability. Non-attendance refunds will not be issued where notice is not provided in advance. Unless otherwise indicated, all course held at our Waterloo, Ontario Canada facility begin at 8:00 AM EST.
